After thirty-eight years of teaching elementary students, Catherine is currently focused on writing children's literature--including picture books, poetry, STEAM stories and early chapter books. She lives with her husband in Manchester in Washington State where she frequently spends time with their four children, six grandchildren, and two dogs. Catherine works with Blue Forge Press.​​​​​​​​
